Payment

No deposit is required at booking; however, all brow appointments require a card to be on file. Payment is due at the time of appointment by cash, card, or Venmo.

Late Policy

If you are running late, please let us know! We offer a 10-minute grace period. After the 10-minute grace period, we will apply a $20 late fee.

Cancellation

All cancellations should be made 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so will be considered a "no-show" which will result in your card being charged 100% of the cost of your appointment.

Check-In

If you are feeling sick please, reschedule your appointment. You must be off antibiotics, acne medications, and blood thinners for 2 weeks before a brow wax or lamination.
