Payment

A $50 non-refundable deposit is due at the time of your booking and a card must be kept on file. Deposit will be applied to your total. All final payments are due at the time of appointment by cash, card, or Venmo.

Late Policy

If you are running late, please let us know! We offer a 10 minute grace period. After 10 minutes you will be charged a $30 late fee. After 15 minutes we will cancel your appointment, forfeiting your deposit.

Cancellation

All cancellations should be made 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so will be considered a "no-show" which will result in your card being charged 100% of your remaining balance. Deposits are refunded if appointment is cancelled on my behalf.

Check-In

If you are feeling sick please, reschedule your appointment. You must be off antibiotics, acne medications, and blood thinners for 2 weeks before a brow wax or lamination.
